XTen is Travis Saron trading as XTen (ABN 59 213 935 411), Perth, Western Australia. We collect and hold personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
XTen's phone line, inboxes and website chat are answered first by an AI agent. It always identifies itself as an AI, records the conversation for quality and audit purposes, and passes anything it can't resolve to a person.
We do not sell or license personal information. We disclose it only where the law requires, or to service providers (hosting, payments, email) bound by confidentiality who process it on our behalf.
If you purchase XTen.Hosting, we provision your service on infrastructure operated by LiquidNet Ltd (incorporated in the United Kingdom, trading as ResellersPanel). Your website files and hosted data are stored in the data centre selected on your order (Sydney, Australia by default), and systems holding hosted data may be accessed for technical operations, maintenance, and security by supplier personnel located in the United Kingdom, the European Union (including Bulgaria), and the United States. When creating your hosting container, XTen supplies the provider with a technical account identifier and an XTen-managed alias email address rather than your personal contact or billing details, which remain with XTen in Australia.
We keep your name, billing details, account reference, invoices and support tickets for as long as the law requires and as needed to support you.
Email privacy@xten.au to access, correct or delete your information, or to raise a complaint. We respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
